Just wanted to post up a little public apology. Sorry if I haven’t e-mail some of you back. It’s physically impossible for me to do so. Part of me thinks I should change my e-mail address, but I like being able to get e-mails from my customers. So what’s the point if I’m unable to contact them back most of the time? Another thing I could do is hire someone or get an intern to help out, but it wouldn’t be me and part of me doesn’t think that’s right. Solutions? No idea hahaha… It’s actually not that funny.
I plan on sprucing up the FAQ section in the near future. I always try my very best to reply to everyone via the wall on the Johnny CupcakesFacebook Fanpage. My well educated customers will answer as quick as I do sometimes. And the absolute best thing to do is to just come out to any of my events. Lectures, suitcase tour, in-store releases, meet-ups, etc.. You can still e-mail me, I just can’t promise I’ll be able to get back to you promptly or at all. Hope you all understand & I look forward in talking in real life!
