I’m coming to Chicago this weekend. I’m going to be there for 5 or 6 days, lecturing at a few schools (I will update the EVENTS section on my website, when those lectures are confirmed). I just randomly decided to treat my online customers to grilled cheese this upcoming Saturday, while in Chicago. My friend Nicholas is a partner in 44th Ward Dinner Party, which is where this small event will be held. I guess it’s more of a mini meet + greet with delicious eats. They specialize in all sorts of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. I’m doing this for YOU guys, so throw on your JC t-shirt + come make the drive out to hang for a bit!
