Available online now! Everyone should own a pair. These unisex gloves which may seem simple, were actually made from scratch. For extra warmness, I wanted these to have slightly longer material on the wrists. There’s nothing worse than getting a cozy pair of basic, inexpensive gloves, but having the wrists be sorta short, leaving you slightly cold, irritated + goofy looking. I hope you enjoy my new basic glove experience! Say bye-bye to your cold wrists. Only $5.99
And with these being so inexpensive, why not grab some extra pairs for your friends, family or that special someone?
It’s beautiful here in Massachusetts. Fall is absolutely the best. Unfortunately it was super cloudy out today, so my subpar photos are not doing justice for this great season… I just had to snap some shots before the wind blows all these leaves off. If you’ve never been to Massachusetts or the New England area for Fall – you’re missing out. Definitely jot it down on places to travel in the future. Every season is great, and has so many different activities, feelings, scents, memories and views to accompany them. In conclusion, try to visit Massachusetts every season.
I thought I’d get tickets last minute, and bring my dad to the very first Celtics game of the season, at the Garden.

Championship rings were given out, the banner was raised, and it was a nice way to break in the basketball season.

Woah! Look what I bumped into! A discontinued, limited edition, Johnny Cupcakes basketball t-shirt from last year. This kid explained to me how excited he was when he found out from a friend that this t-shirt will never be made again. I know I know… sorry for those of you who missed out, however — a new limited, seasonal, Johnny Cupcakes basketball themed t-shirt will be released in the next few weeks.

I also bumped into my friends Juris + Tom. Juris watches the games at my house usually, and ANYTIME the Celtics start to lose, Juris has starts to profusely rub parts of his face. I caught him doing this several times at the game hahaha. His face is going to fall off if we do bad this season, I can tell you that much. And then there’s Tom. I always joke around and tell Tom that he’s made up of sports statistics, alcohol and skin. I’m just messing with him though. He really is The Rain Man when it comes to sports statistics. And as far as gambling goes, I think he’d be late to his own wedding, if he knew there was a poker game going on somewhere. If anyone in Massachusetts holds big poker games with big buy-ins, let me know and I’ll forward the e-mail to Tom. I’m sure he’d play in a heartbeat. And I’ll bet 6 chips that he’ll win.

My dad and I had a blast at the game! And the Celtics came through hard in the 3rd quarter, taking the win.

After the game was over, it was time to for a new game — find the car. But before we play find the car, we must play find the parking lot. Oh wait, before we play find the parking lot, we need to play find the exit.

After finding the car, it was time to play 2 more new games… find the highway
and drunk driver-dodge. It’s like dodge-ball, but instead of people throwing balls at you, it’s people throwing cars at you without using their brains or their blinkers. I think I’ve played this game before! Oh wait, I play it every Friday night, Saturday night, after sports events, during holidays, birthdays, etc etc.. It’s a common American game. Use your head people. Buzz driving is drunk driving.
Recently in my travels, I stopped in a neat convenience shop / market – inside of New York’s JFK airport. I was in there for so long, admiring all the packaging and trying to decide what treats to eat. I also had to keep in mind that once I got on my connecting flight, that I wanted to get a nap in and I didn’t want to have to use the bathroom on the airplane. I’m always afraid there’s gonna be turbulence while I’m going wee wee, and I’d slip n’ fall into the gray, plastic toilet. I’m usually afraid to flush too – because it sounds and feel like it’s going to suck me in. Does anyone remember the baby’s fear of the toilet in the movie, Look Who’s Talking?
Speaking of baby’s / kids, look at this fun packaging that I found in that airport marketplace! Not only is it well designed and equipped with some quick, on-the-go snacks — but the bread is even in the shape of a star! These kids have it made. I don’t even think my lunchables came with bread when I was little? Just chemically-coated meat and blocks of cheese that felt and smelt like new erasers. This yummy, fun food pack below, comes all natural. High-five for no chemicals!

Juice bags? Hmmm… I’m not sure how a feel about these. Cool looking, maybe! However, they kind of remind me of one of those feminine cleansing bag thingies…ewwww. Sometimes I wonder where people get inspiration from.
I’ve been fascinated with spooky graffiti and thought it would be a neat blog post to show some of my favorites. This post is all vampires. This first photo is a wheat paste + paint drip combo collage. I’m not sure, but I think they’re supposed to be George Washingtons?

Eerie wheat pasted poster. I think it’s even more creepy due to the blood stained wall, window chock-full of bars and the general dark alley that the poster lurks in.

Cute, fun vampire cat character, painted on a train. Sorta reminds me of the itchy + scratchy show.

Subtle yet brilliant way to put a twist on things. Big things come in small packages I guess? As little as this blood mark on a movie poster/advertisement is – I think it’s one of my favorite pieces of vampire ’street art’ in this set.

Simple graffiti drip lettering on your typical back alley dumpster. I love the fact that someone tags the word ‘Dracula’.

Another simple tid bit of graffiti that looks awesome and fits well with the whole Vampire scheme of things.

Bathroom wall with olde fashioned circus / ringmaster esq vampire + giant bat stencils hanging upside down on the outside wall. The stencils remind me of Banksy a little bit.
I thought this was a neat little vampire related stencil. Stay back!

Check back for more updates, as I plan on posting more soon. And in the meantime, protect ya neck!
This one gets my vote for most ghetto original.

My favorite part about this group photo is the fact that the second kid in has two different shoes on.

These plastic masks are frightening! I think anytime a little kid wears an over sized mask, it makes it even more frightening. And if you look close, you’ll notice that the devil mask is winking. That means that this poor little kid can only see out of one eye.

Ummm… I don’t know what this costume is? However — I do know that the woman wearing it is having the time of her life!
